Working on
I lead AI-powered engineering at FashionUnited. Twelve years in now. I build tools that make the fashion industry more efficient and transparent, with Google Cloud, Terraform, Nix, and an increasing amount of AI in the loop.
Building
Right now that is mostly this site. I’m turning it from a blog into a portfolio, one small page at a time, including this now page. Alongside that, the Whisky Collection API gets small improvements whenever I want an excuse to write more Rust.
Thinking about
The mental models and behaviour change notes on this site. Mostly why intentions don’t reliably turn into habits, and what a model has to look like before it changes how I decide something.
